J3Online offers you two options for PC Servicing and Repair; we will make an appointment to come to you or you can drop off your PC at our Dallas location. We will even give you a laptop to use while we fix your PC (*subject to terms, conditions and availability). We can do an on-site troubleshooting and assessment, if you have an idea what your problem can be, we can come prepared with replacement parts. Upgrades and Feature Enhancement:
Is your slow computer frustrating you? Is it out of date? We may be able to speed it up at minimum cost with the addition of memory, processor, or required hardware. If you need add on for a special feature we can asses your hardware for compatibility and recommend devices than can work with your current configuration. It can be your music, family pictures, lectures or lessons to your critical financial information, the importance of data in not really realized until it is gone. We strongly advise some form of backup and redundant storage; sadly recovery is almost impossible without current backups. Most hardware crashes can occur without warning, however sometimes they are subtle signs, PC slowing up, strange knocking or crackling coming form your hard disk. Please pay heed to these signs and take the necessary step at once. Invest in a memory storage device or some other form of backup hardware and media. Regular checkup of your Hardware, moving parts, the vacuuming and dusting of your system, can keep it running at an optimum. The removal of unnecessary files, updating of virus definitions and routine scanning, disk cleanup and disk defragmenation would help render the best use of your PC.
